  • 150 g Dark chocolate
  • 150 g Butter
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 3 Pc. Eggs
  • 3 Pc. Egg yolk
  • 150 g Flour
  • 25 g Melted butter
  • Cocoa powder

Semolina curd cake

  • 200 g Butter
  • 350 g Sugar
  • 6 Pc. Egg yolk
  • 6 tbsp Semolina
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1,5 kg Low fat quark
  • 1,5 Pc. Squeezed lemons
  • Raisins
  • 6 Pc. Egg Whites

Instructions

chocolate cake

  • Brush the casserole dishes with a brush and the melted butter until the inside is completely greased. (It is best to brush from the inside outwards or upwards.) Then put some cocoa powder in the molds and distribute it all over the place by turning. Remove the rest by tapping or transfer to the next mold. Bring a small saucepan of water to a boil. As soon as it boils, reduce the temperature by simmering gently. Then chop the chocolate into small pieces with a large knife and dice the butter. Then put the chocolate and butter cubes in a bowl and place them over the simmering water. Now melt the butter and chocolate while stirring until you get a smooth and smooth mixture. Then remove from the pan and let cool down for about five minutes. In the meantime, put the eggs, egg yolks and sugar in a large mixing bowl and beat the ingredients with a hand mixer (stirring sticks) on a medium speed until you get a creamy, light-colored mixture. This takes about 4-5 minutes. Then add the flour to the sugar-egg mixture and stir well. Finally stir in the melted chocolate and butter until a smooth dough is formed. Spread the dough evenly on the casserole dishes and place in the refrigerator for at least half an hour. You can also leave the dough portions in the refrigerator for up to 12 hours or even freeze them in order to bake them if necessary. (If the cakes are frozen, simply add five minutes to the baking time.) Bake the cakes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees (top and bottom heat) for about 10-12 minutes. When they are done, they will begin to peel away from the edge of the bowls. They can then be taken out of the oven. Turn the finished chocolate cakes with a liquid core onto a dessert plate and serve immediately.

Semolina curd cake

  • Beat the butter, sugar, baking powder and the egg yolks until frothy, then add the semolina, lemon zest and lemon juice. Then stir in the low-fat quark and egg white. Finally add the raisins as desired. Grease a round baking pan with butter and pour the mixture into it. Finally bake in the oven at 200 degrees (convection) for 60 minutes.
