Mettpizza with lots of vegetables

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g Mett (beef or pork)
  • 1 class can/n tomatoes, chopped, approx. 400 g
  • 2 large carrots
  • ½ broccoli
  • ¼ can corn
  • 1 large bell pepper(s)
  • some parsley
  • 2 onions
  • 3 stalk(s) leeks
  • 200g Gouda
  • 80 g sheep’s cheese
  • 1 pinch(s) of oregano
  • 1 pinch(s) rosemary
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch of garlic granules
  • 1 pinch of sugar if needed

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

simple delicious pizza with almost no carbohydrates, suitable for WW

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat) or 180°C (fan oven). Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and spread it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, like a pizza. Spread the tomatoes on the minced meat and sprinkle with a pinch of sugar, if desired. Finely dice or strip the vegetables and top the pizza with them. Dice the feta cheese and cover the pizza with the Gouda cheese. Season with oregano and rosemary. Place the pizza in the hot oven and bake for 30 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.
