Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 onion(s), red
- 400 g chicken
- 3 tbsp taco seasoning
- 100 ml salsa
- 50 g cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Wash and chop the bell peppers. Peel and slice the onions. Mix the bell peppers and onions with the taco seasoning and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place the chicken on top of the vegetables, pour the salsa over them, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 30 minutes.
