Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g wheat flour, type 405
  • 200 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 small can of corn kernels
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 6 tbsp sour cream, or crème fraîche
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

with minced meat and corn

Mix the yeast and salt, add water, and mix. Then add the flour and knead into a smooth dough. Let it rest for 20 minutes. Fry the minced meat and onions until crisp and crumbly, then season generously with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the corn and mix with 4 tablespoons of sour cream, adding a little water if the mixture is too dry. Simmer for 10 minutes, until the onions are soft. Roll out the dough thinly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread with 2 tablespoons of sour cream. Thinly slice the tomatoes and spread them on the sour cream. Spread the minced meat mixture on top and finally sprinkle with grated cheese. Let the pizza rise until the dough has risen nicely (I always do this in my 30°C oven, which takes about 30 minutes). Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for 20-30 minutes, until the base is nice and crispy.
