Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 2 m.-sized pizzas (salami)
  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 m.-sized tomato(s)
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 3 leaves of iceberg lettuce
  • mayonnaise
  • Paprika powder
  • Garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 5 slices of cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Bake the pizzas in the oven as usual. Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic, and fry in a pan like a large burger patty. I press the meat down a bit with a large plate. Be careful when turning it over. Slice the cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions. Place the ground beef on the first finished pizza, top with the sliced ​​cheese, and place in the oven for 2-3 minutes. Then top with onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, and lettuce. Spread the mayonnaise evenly over the top and then carefully place the second pizza (salami side down) on top. The pizza burger is ready!
