  • 1 can white beans (425 ml)
  • 1 can kidney beans (425 ml)
  • 2 onions
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 2 bell peppers, red
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 250 g tomatoes, chopped (can)
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 150 ml meat broth
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • 1 can of corn

First, dice the chorizo ​​and onions into small cubes and press the garlic. Then, pour the corn into a sieve and let it drain. Wash, deseed, and dice the peppers. Sauté the chorizo ​​with the onions and garlic in the oil for about 5 minutes. Then add the remaining ingredients and simmer for about 15 minutes. Finally, season with salt and pepper. Tip: If you like it spicy, you can also add chili flakes.
