Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 1 bottle of sauce (Texicana salsa)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 medium-sized onion(s), diced
  • 1 pack of bacon, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 15 minutes

Cook the pasta. Meanwhile, in a large pan, sauté the onion, garlic, and bacon until the bacon is cooked through. Add the corn and beans to the pan and heat. Mix the salsa with the cream, add, and heat through. Season to taste. Then toss with the cooked pasta, cool, and let it marinate thoroughly. Ideally, overnight.
