Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat 180°C) using a conventional ovenproof dish. Pat the salmon fillets dry and place them in an oiled baking dish. For the topping, combine the Cremefine sauce, tomato paste, crushed garlic, finely chopped spring onions or finely diced onion, salt, pepper, paprika, and a little granulated stock (if desired) in a bowl and pour over the salmon. Spread the herb butter in small flakes over the fillets and bake in the oven for about 20-30 minutes. Serve with a salad or baguette to soak up the delicious sauce.
