Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg apples
  • 100 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Peel, core, and cut the apples into small pieces. Place them in a tall, microwave-safe container with a little water and heat in the microwave for 6-8 minutes. Using a potato masher, mash the soft apple pieces into a puree.
