Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 60 g pasta, any shape
  • 1 tbsp oil (grape seed oil)
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 1 slice(s) ham, in thin strips
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp cheese, (hard cheese) sliced
  • salt and pepper
  • Basil, for sprinkling

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 28 minutes

Cook the pasta until al dente. Lightly fry the onion and ham in oil, then add the tomatoes. Place the pasta and the ham and onion mixture into a small microwave-safe casserole dish, season with salt and pepper, and pour over the egg mixture. Sprinkle with the cheese. Microwave with the lid on for about 3 minutes. Tip: Cook double the amount of pasta and freeze half.
