Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 125 g raw cane sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 250 ml soy milk (soy drink), natural or with vanilla flavor
  • 50 ml rapeseed oil
  • 1 pear(s)
  • 5 tbsp oat flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes

Peel, core, and dice the pear. Mix all ingredients except the pear and the oats, then fold them in at the end. Divide the batter among 10 large, lightly oiled mugs. Microwave each mug at approximately 600 watts for 2 to 3 minutes. Let cool and enjoy straight from the mug.
