Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 bananas, fully ripe
  • 4 tbsp soy milk (soy drink)
  • 2 tsp sugar, optional
  • 1 tsp Mus, (almond puree) optional
  • 4 tsp cocoa powder
  • 4 tsp instant coffee powder (grain coffee powder)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes

with variations

Peel the bananas (they should already have black spots), slice them, and freeze overnight. Let them thaw for 10 minutes, then blend them with the remaining ingredients. Banana chocolate ice cream variation: Blend in 4 teaspoons of cocoa powder. Banana mocha ice cream variation: Blend in 4 teaspoons of ground coffee. Tip: Vanilla soy milk can be used instead of plain soy milk.
