Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 10 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp rum
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 200 g hazelnuts, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix the batter for 2 minutes. Then pour it into a silicone baking pan and bake in the microwave at 750 watts for 10 minutes. The cake won’t keep for long, so eat it soon. But that’s probably no problem considering the taste.
