Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes
- salt and pepper
- chili powder
- 50 g Galbani Parmesan

crispy oven-baked potato cubes
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Wash and brush the potatoes, then cut them into approximately 1 x 1 cm cubes. Arrange them on two baking sheets lined with baking paper. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chili powder. Bake for approximately 45 minutes, until the potatoes puff up and turn golden brown. For a spicy twist, sprinkle the potatoes with approximately 40-50 g of grated Parmesan cheese 10 minutes before the end of baking. Serve the potato cubes with a variety of dips (e.g., ketchup, sweet and sour sauce, etc.). Dip each potato in the sauce with a fork and eat immediately, as it will otherwise cool down very quickly.
