Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 40 g flour
  • 20 g protein powder
  • 100 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 shot of water
  • 2 Oreo cookies

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

quick and tasty

Whisk together the egg, flour, protein powder, quark, and baking powder. If the batter is too stiff, add a little water. Pour into 4 muffin cups. If you like, cut two Oreo cookies in half and place one half in each muffin. Microwave on medium for 5 minutes. Then heat on high for another 2 minutes.
