Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 large bell pepper(s), red
- 2 tomatoes, dried
- 1 handful of fresh onions
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp spread (Brunch Paprika-Pepper)
- Herb salt, to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
delicious with noodles or rice
Chop the peppers and tomatoes, sprinkle with a little herb salt, add water, and cook, covered, for three minutes at 900 watts, stirring once. Meanwhile, slice the onion into rings, add it, and cook for another minute. Stir the brunch into the remaining cooking liquid (add 1-2 tablespoons of water if necessary). Return to the microwave for another minute, and it’s done.
