Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 onions
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 500 ml red wine
  • 1 liter of water
  • salt and pepper
  • chili pepper(s)
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

lactose-, gluten-, milk protein-free

Heat the oil and fry the minced meat. Rinse the fresh vegetables. Dice the onion, mince the garlic, and slice the bell pepper. Drain the beans. Add the diced onion, strips of bell pepper, and garlic cloves to the minced meat and fry briefly. Add the tomato paste, water, and red wine, season, and bring to a boil briefly. Then simmer for about 20 minutes. Add the red beans to the minced meat broth and heat briefly again.
