Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 vegetable onion(s)
  • 2 bell peppers, red
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • ½ liter broth
  • 1 can white beans in tomato sauce
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 bottle of chili sauce
  • 2 Cabanossi
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • chili powder
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Brown the minced meat in a little hot oil until crumbly. Peel the onion and garlic. Trim the bell peppers. Dice them and add them. Sauté briefly, then stir in the tomato paste. Deglaze with the broth and bring to a boil. Add the beans and chili sauce and bring back to a boil. Halve the kabanossi lengthwise and cut into pieces, then add them to the soup. Season generously with the spices and serve.
