Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 125 g sugar
- 200 g margarine or butter, soft
- 4 eggs
- 100 g chocolate sprinkles
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 packet of baking powder
- ⅛ liter red wine
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
super delicious, especially at Christmas time
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Pour the dough into a greased pan. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 180°C for about 1 hour. Tip: During the Christmas season, you can also add gingerbread spice instead of cinnamon.
