Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g noodles (Mie noodles)
- 250 g king prawns
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 250 ml coconut milk
- salt and pepper
- 10 leaves of basil or Thai basil, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Heat a pan and sauté the chopped garlic, add the shrimp tails, and toss briefly. Season with curry powder, salt, and pepper. Meanwhile, soak the noodles in a bowl as directed on the package. Now add the coconut milk to the pan. Reduce the liquid slightly. Chop the basil. Arrange everything on plates and sprinkle with basil just before serving.
