Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pack of Mie noodles
- 3 bell peppers
- 3 spring onions
- 500 g meat, as desired
- 3 tsp red curry paste
- 1 half sweet and sour sauce
- 2 tsp spice(s) (Asian spice)
- Ginger
- salt and pepper
- chili powder
- 2 thick carrots
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
from sweet and sour to extremely hot
Cook the mie noodles according to the package instructions. Peel the carrots and slice into thin strips. Clean the bell peppers and also slice into thin strips. The spring onions can be cut into rings or strips, which is up to you. Heat the oil in a wok or deep pan until nice and hot. Add the meat and fry, then add the red curry paste and stir. Remove the meat shortly after. Now add the vegetables, first the carrots and after a few minutes the bell peppers, to the hot wok. Now add the Asian spices and the sweet and sour sauce to the vegetables. Add the meat, spring onions, and noodles and mix everything together. Add salt and pepper if desired. Chili can be added to taste.
