baked schnitzel with spaghetti and tomato sauce

Finely chop the garlic and onions and fry in a little olive oil. Finely chop the canned tomatoes and add their juices. Add a little tomato paste and, if desired, a little more water, and season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar. Simmer gently over low heat for 2 hours, then season again with salt, pepper, and oregano. Cook the spaghetti in salted water. Season the schnitzels with salt and pepper, and coat them with egg and breadcrumbs. Fry them in plenty of margarine. When they are crispy and cooked through, spoon a tablespoon of the hollandaise sauce over each schnitzel and place a slice of Gouda cheese on top. Let the cheese melt slightly, then serve the schnitzels on top of the spaghetti with the tomato sauce.
