Mild yogurt dressing

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g yogurt
  • 1 tbsp, heaped mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 shot of milk
  • 3 drops Worcestershire sauce
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. sugar
  • e.g. parsley, dried
  • n. B. Chives, dried

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

also works well as a dip for fresh vegetables

Pour the yogurt into a bowl. Add the mayonnaise, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce and whisk to combine. Add the milk until the consistency is right. Whisk to combine again. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar to taste, ideally checking the seasoning as you go. Add the baking soda and herbs. Stir everything together and let it rest in the refrigerator for about an hour. The baking soda reduces some of the yogurt’s acidity. Tip: I personally use liquid sweetener instead of sugar.
