Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 small zucchini
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 shot of milk
- 1 cup rice
- n. B. Water for the rice, according to package instructions
- n. B. Spice(s) of your choice
- some butter for frying, approx. 50 g
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Chop the onion, bell pepper, and zucchini into small pieces and fry in butter. Add a splash of milk and simmer. Season to taste. Meanwhile, cook the rice. When it’s ready, add it to the pan with the vegetables, season with more seasoning, and simmer for another 5-10 minutes with another splash of milk. The zucchini pan is now ready to serve.
