Milk noodles

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g pasta (spirelli or fusilli)
  • 560 ml milk (1.5 or 3.5% fat)
  • 30 g sugar, refined.
  • some cinnamon – sugar (more cinnamon than sugar)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

very easy

Pour the milk into a saucepan that fits on a small stovetop. Add the noodles to the room-temperature milk. Heat the milk and noodles over low heat. Be careful not to burn the milk! To prevent this from happening, lightly moisten the bottom of the pan with a little tap water. And don’t forget to stir constantly! As soon as the milk is slightly warmer than lukewarm, add the sugar. Keep stirring! The noodles are ready when a small teaspoon inserted into the milk stops. Only add the sugar and cinnamon once the milk noodles have been portioned into two small bowls. But then add plenty.
