Milk noodles with cinnamon and nut-nougat cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp Nutella or other hazelnut spread

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Turn on the stove and place the pot on top. Before adding the milk, sprinkle some sugar on the bottom of the pot and wait a bit. Then carefully pour in the milk (this prevents it from burning if you bring it to a boil without stirring) and cook the noodles in the milk according to the package instructions until al dente. Then stir in the remaining sugar, cinnamon, and hazelnut spread, season to taste (use more or less of each ingredient depending on your taste). Then simply serve like a soup.
