Low-calorie sweet semolina soup

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 ml milk (1.5% fat)
  • 400 ml water
  • 60 g semolina (soft wheat)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 dashes lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, bring the milk and water to a boil. Once boiling, stir in the semolina and simmer over low heat for 5-10 minutes. Then add the vanilla sugar, sugar, and lemon juice to taste. Red fruit compote is delicious, and fruit or a sprinkle of Nutella for extra sweetness also tastes great. Can be served hot or cold.
