Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 25 g yeast
  • ¼ liter of milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 50 g sugar
  • 70 g fat
  • 1 egg(s), beaten for brushing

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix the dough into yeast dough! Form the finished dough into a log, cut into approximately 2-3 cm wide slices, shape the slices into balls, place them on a greased baking sheet, brush with egg, and let rise until doubled in size. Bake for 15 minutes at 200°C.
