Millet-apple patties

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 125 g millet
  • 250 ml water (or rice milk)
  • 2 apples, grated
  • Cinnamon
  • vanilla sugar
  • Raisins
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp almonds, grated
  • 1 tbsp cane sugar
  • Butter for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

sweet version

Rinse the millet in cold water and then briefly boil it in water. Let it swell for about 15 minutes. Can be prepared the day before. Mix the cooled millet with all the other ingredients (except butter), form patties, and fry in butter. Serve with fruit puree or vanilla sauce.
