Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup(s) millet, hulled (coffee cup)
  • 2 ½ cups milk (coffee cup)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 pinch of vanilla
  • 1 handful of raisins
  • 250 ml cream
  • 1 bag of cream stiffener
  • e.g. sugar or juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 12 hours 25 minutes

The night before, bring the millet, milk, honey, vanilla, and raisins to a boil in a saucepan, then simmer for 20 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Let it swell overnight in the refrigerator, loosening it a bit if necessary. The next day, loosen the millet and mix it with the cream whipped with cream stiffener. Sweeten to taste with a little sugar or juice.
