Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g millet
- 1 tbsp oil (olive oil)
- 1 medium-sized onion(s), diced
- 1 clove(s) garlic, pressed
- 500 ml vegetable stock
- 100 g cheese (Gouda or Emmental)
- Parsley
- basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Rinse the millet in a sieve with hot water and drain. Sauté the onions in the oil until translucent. Add the millet and garlic and sauté briefly. Pour in the vegetable stock and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and let swell for about 15 minutes. Grate the cheese and finely chop the herbs. Fold in the cheese and herbs before serving.
