Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g kohlrabi
- 400 g carrot(s)
- sauce
- 4 tbsp vinegar of your choice, or white wine
- 1 ½ tbsp oil to taste
- 1 clove(s) garlic, pressed
- 2 tsp mustard
- Salt
- pepper
- basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel and coarsely grate the kohlrabi and carrots. Make a sauce from the other ingredients and mix with the carrots and kohlrabi.
