Kohlrabi – Carrots – Raw vegetables

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g kohlrabi
  • 400 g carrot(s)
  • sauce
  • 4 tbsp vinegar of your choice, or white wine
  • 1 ½ tbsp oil to taste
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, pressed
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and coarsely grate the kohlrabi and carrots. Make a sauce from the other ingredients and mix with the carrots and kohlrabi.
