Millet with carrots

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 carrots
  • 2 tbsp oil (olive oil)
  • 1 liter vegetable broth
  • 4 tbsp Nutella (nut butter)
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Grate the peeled carrots and sauté briefly in oil. Season the vegetable broth generously and add it. Add the washed millet to the boiling broth. Let it swell for 15 minutes with the lid closed and off heat. Before serving, carefully stir in the nut butter and sprinkle with parsley.
