Ingredients for 13 servings:

  • 400 g minced beef
  • 300 g sauerkraut
  • 150 g chickpeas, ground
  • 2 red chili peppers, ground
  • 2 cl soy sauce (tamari)
  • 2 cl rum, 54%
  • 2 cl Balsamic vinegar de Modena
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • Fat, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

gluten-free, egg-free, dairy-free

Chop the sauerkraut into small pieces, stir in all the other ingredients, form flat patties with wet hands, and fry in hot oil on medium heat on both sides. My own recipe
