Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 tsp vegetable broth, 2 tbsp hot pepper broth (jar)
- 100 ml soy milk (soy drink)
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 tbsp oil (garlic oil)
- ½ tsp guar gum
- 2 tbsp cornstarch

Dissolve the vegetable broth in the hot pepper broth and heat in the microwave at 250 W for about 1 minute. Then top up with soy milk to 100 ml. Stir in the remaining ingredients one at a time and pour into a microwave-safe container with a capacity of about 200 ml. Heat at 250 W for 3 minutes, then at 720 W for 3 minutes until set. Then increase the heat to 850 W for another 1 minute. Let the mixture cool and turn out onto a plate. The cheese can be sliced the next day.
