Minced Leek Pan with Potato Noodles

The perfect minced leek pan with potato noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 300 g Leek
  • 500 g Potato noodles
  • 250 ml Cream
  • 50 g Grated Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper White
  1. Fry the minced meat in a little oil and season with salt and pepper, let simmer gently.
  1. In the meantime, wash the leek, clean and cut into thin rings and add to the minced meat. Continue cooking until the leek is firm to the bite. Pour the whole thing up with cream and bring to the boil briefly, then add the grated Parmesan. Keep warm on a low setting.
  1. Fry the potato noodles in a little butter on all sides and add to the minced meat and leek mixture. Now just mix everything well and enjoy!
