Minced meat and cauliflower soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g minced meat
  • 1 small head of cauliflower
  • 1 ½ liters vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp processed cheese (herb processed cheese)
  • 1 bunch of chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces and wash thoroughly. Brown the minced meat and pour in the vegetable stock. Add the cauliflower and simmer for about 10-15 minutes. Then melt the herb cheese and add the chives.
