Mom's wild garlic pasta salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 400 g pasta
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 120 g Parma ham, alternatively Serrano ham
  • 250g mozzarella
  • 250 ml Miracle Whip Balance
  • 2 tbsp pesto, wild garlic
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • some lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Cook the pasta in lightly salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain, rinse briefly in cold water, drain well, and drizzle with a little olive oil. Prepare the vegetables. Halve the cherry tomatoes, slice the spring onions into rings, and finely slice or dice the bell pepper. Cut the Parma ham into thin slices. Drain and dice the mozzarella. Place the vegetables and pasta in a large bowl and mix. For the sauce, combine the Miracle Whip and pesto and season with salt, pepper, sugar, and lemon juice.
