Minced meat and cream of cheese soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 350 g minced beef
  • 1 onion(s) (spiced onions)
  • 1 pt. cream – leek
  • 300 g processed cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp curry

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Sear the ground beef, sauté the onions until translucent, and add it along with the creamed leeks and 1/2 liter of beef broth. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add the processed cheese and sour cream, and bring to a boil briefly. Season with curry powder.
