Ingredients for 15 servings:
- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 1 cup of sweet cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 point herbs, frozen or fresh
- pepper
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 hours; Total time approx. 15 hours 15 minutes
Mix everything together and pour into a bowl with holes (a sieve or something similar, for those without a sieve server). Place the bowl in a slightly larger bowl to drain. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Draining will wash out a lot of the salt, so add plenty of salt, so it will taste just too salty when you taste it. But the next day, it’s gone.
