Minced meat and leek casserole

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 300 g minced beef
  • 1 stalk(s) leek, cleaned, cut into rings
  • ½ cube of meat broth (in 200ml hot water)
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda), grated
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

Microwave, with or without Tupperware

Pre-cook the dripping-wet potato cubes in a 2.25-liter MicroPlus (Tupperware) or other bowl at 600 watts for 6-7 minutes. Season the ground beef and mix it into the potatoes. Distribute the leek rings on top. Pour the broth over the mixture. Cook everything at 600 watts for another 8 minutes. Then mix in 2/3 of the cheese, sprinkle the rest on top, and dust with paprika. Cook for another 3 minutes at 360 watts.
