Minced meat and leek muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 package of pizza dough from the refrigerated section, for 1 tray
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 pack of cream cheese spread
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley
  • 100 g cheese, grated, if desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Own creation, makes 12 pieces.

First, peel and dice the onion. Brown it in a pan with the minced meat and season with salt and pepper. Then wash the leek and slice it into fine to medium-thick rings and add it to the pan with the minced meat. Fry briefly. Wash and chop the parsley and add it to the pan with the cream cheese. Season to taste if desired. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Roll out the pizza dough and cut out circles using a glass. Make sure the circles are larger than the muffin tin holes. Place the circles in the holes and fill with the minced meat and leek mixture. Sprinkle with cheese if desired. Bake the muffins for about 15-20 minutes, depending on how brown you like them. Serve with a fresh green salad.
