Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 500 g pasta
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 5 pointed peppers
  • 2 onions
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 1 can tomatoes, chopped, approx. 400 g
  • 1 cup of cream, approx. 200 g
  • 1 ball of mozzarella, approx. 125 g
  • 1 pack of grated cheese, approx. 150 – 200 g
  • 1 pack of bacon, approx. 100 – 125 g
  • salt and pepper
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Sauté finely chopped spring onions and onions in a little oil. Then add the minced meat and fry until crisp. In the meantime, finely chop the carrots, bell peppers, and tomatoes and add them. Season to taste. Add the canned tomatoes and simmer until reduced to create a nice sauce. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside. Mix the pasta with the sauce. Layer the pasta with the sauce, bacon, and grated cheese in the baking dish. Start with the bacon and repeat twice. Spread the sliced ​​mozzarella on the top layer of cheese and pour the cream over it. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (convection oven) for 20 minutes.
