Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g minced meat
- 250 g rice
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- Spice(s) of your choice
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 17 minutes; Total time approx. 32 minutes
Chop the bell peppers and onions to the desired size. Bring heavily salted water to a boil and cook the rice according to the package instructions. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the minced meat. Stir the chopped onions into the minced meat. A few minutes later, stir in the chopped bell peppers. Then simply season the minced meat to taste and serve with the rice.
