Minced meat and zucchini pan with mozzarella

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 bag of mozzarella
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • chili
  • basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Finely dice the mozzarella. Finely slice the zucchini using a cucumber slicer. Roughly chop the onion and fry it in a pan with olive oil. Then add the minced meat to the pan and fry it. Reduce the heat, add the zucchini, and cook until the zucchini is cooked through. Season with salt, pepper, and chili. Add the mozzarella to the pan and stir until the mozzarella melts. Remove the pan from the heat and serve the minced meat and zucchini pan hot. Sprinkle with basil and garnish.
