Ingredients for 15 servings:

  • 1 kg beef
  • 1 kg pork
  • 1 kg smoked pork
  • 1 kg Mettwurst, coarse
  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed
  • 3 stalk(s) leeks
  • 2 bottles of Hungarian-style paprika sauce
  • 2 bottles of garlic sauce
  • 3 cups of crème fraîche
  • 2 cans of corn
  • ½ kg mixed peppers
  • Edam cheese for gratinating

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 45 minutes

Cut the meat and sausage into pieces, then slice the bell peppers and leeks. Combine all ingredients with the sauces and crème fraîche, then bake in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 2 hours. Slice the cheese and sprinkle over the top, then bake. Serve with a green salad and baguette.
