Whole-wheat pancakes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 tbsp whole grain flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 500 g blueberries
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • some powdered sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with caramelized blueberries

For the pancake batter, combine flour, eggs, and milk into a smooth batter and season with a pinch of salt. Melt the butter in a hot pan and add a ladleful of batter to each pancake. Cook the pancakes as usual. Before flipping, add a handful of washed blueberries and heat through. After the 4 pancakes are cooked, add the honey to the pan and caramelize along with the remaining berries. Spoon the caramelized blueberries over the prepared pancakes. Dust the pancakes with powdered sugar just before serving.
