Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Finely chop the onion, knead it vigorously with the ground meat, 1 teaspoon of olive oil, and a little salt and pepper. Form about 6 equal-sized dumplings. Finely chop the spring onions, bell pepper, tomato, and zucchini, fry them in 1 teaspoon of olive oil, briefly fry the tomato paste, then pour in the passata and bring to a boil. Season thoroughly with the spices. Place the meat dumplings in a baking dish, spread the sauce evenly over them, and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake for about 30 minutes at 180°C. I did it this way. The vegetables were still nice and crunchy.
