== FOR THE MINCED MEAT BALLS ==

  • 300 g Minced meat, mixed
  • - OR -
  • 200 g Ground beef
  • -- UND --
  • 100 g Minced pork
  • 1 tablespoon White wine, lovely ones
  • 1 tablespoon Potato starch
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 medium-sized Egg
  • 3 tablespoon Onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce, dark
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper, black
  • Frying oil
  • - OR -
  • Clarified butter

== FOR THE VEGETABLES ==

  • 1 Size Spring onion stick, just the white
  • 1 Little ones Clove of garlic, crushed
  • 8 Little ones Kohlrabi, cut into pieces
  • 8 Little ones Carrots, sliced
  • 8 Little ones Cherry tomatoes
  • Vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley, smooth, chopped, for sprinkling

== FOR THE SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE ==

  • 1 tablespoon Ketchup, simple
  • 3 tablespoon Soy sauce, light
  • 3 tablespoon Sugar
  • 3 tablespoon Rice wine vinegar, mild
  • - OR -
  • 3 tablespoon White wine vinegar, normal
  • 0,25 liter Water
  • 1 pinch Ginger powder
  • 0,5 tablespoon Potato starch

Instructions
 

  • Mix or knead the minced meat with the lovely white wine, the potato starch, the flour, the egg, the finely chopped onions, the dark soy sauce, salt and pepper and form small balls from this minced meat mixture with wet hands.
  • Fry the meatballs in a pan with the clarified butter or in the deep fryer with the deep-frying oil until they are well done.
  • Cut the spring onions into rings, squeeze the garlic clove and fry with the washed kohlrabi pieces and the carrot slices in a pan with the vegetable oil.
  • Mix the ingredients for the sauce and add to the vegetables in the pan. Add the cocktail tomatoes and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the meatballs with the vegetables, the sweet and sour sauce and the chopped parsley.
  • Rice, pasta and potatoes go well as a filling side dish.
