Minced Meat in Puff Pastry

The perfect minced meat in puff pastry recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 Onion red
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 1 pack Parsley chopped TK
  • 1 cups Cream cheese
  • 12 Discs Puff pastry TK
  • Salt pepper
  • According to garlic
  • 1 Egg
  1. Take out the puff pastry and let it defrost and set aside.
  2. Peel the onions and dice them, clean the peppers and dice them too. Mix the minced meat with onions, bell pepper, parsley and cream cheese and mix well. Season everything with salt, pepper and garlic.
  3. Shape the minced meat into rolls, place one on each slice of puff pastry. Separate the egg, brush the corners a little with egg white and fold together.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees circulating air. Brush the puff pastry with egg yolk. Place on a baking sheet and then bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Take out of the oven and arrange on plates. Goes well with a green salad. Makes about 12 puff pastries with minced meat filling.
